Once your items have been placed, the customer will be notified email, then subject to your rights to cancel the product before the collection schedule of the courier and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. The products in your cart are not reserved before being placed.Delivery Terms
We will provide the arrangement of the delivery of the product. The delivery fee will be calculated once the delivery address is added and displayed upon checkout. The delivery cost within the area of the United Arab Emirates is worth 21 AED including VAT. The remote locations will be charged differently. The expected delivery date or time shown on the courier tracking portal is based on an estimate or inaccurate. We are not liable for any delays that may cause.
For the return items, once your return request has been confirmed, the courier will pick up the items within five working days, free of charge. You must comply with the requirements for approval.
Return Terms
You can return your items within three (3) days of receipt of shipment; or else we can’t offer refunds or exchanges anymore. Once your return request has been confirmed, the courier will pick up the items within 5 working days.
All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
If any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, we will bear the cost of shipping. Otherwise, customer is responsible for the charges and shipping fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

The promotion’s validity will be flashed through our website. When adding a coupon or promotional code, it will directly calculate if it is valid; else, it will display an error message if it has expired or invalid.Billing Information Terms
