Delivery

We ship to all 7 Emirates for a flat rate of 21 AED excluding remote areas.
Orders worth 100 AED and above qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
Customers will receive an e-mail once their order is dispatched which will also include a tracking number. Once dispatched, delivery will take 2-3 working days. (During sale/promotion periods and public holidays, the delivery time may be longer than normal.)

Return

You can return your items within three (3) days of receipt of shipment; or else we can’t offer refunds or exchanges anymore. Once your return request has been confirmed, the courier will pick up the items within 5 working days.

All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.

Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

 If any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, we will bear the cost of shipping. Otherwise, customer is responsible for the charges and shipping fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
