  1. How do I place an order?

A: To place an order online, you can browse our website and add items to your cart. When you ready to check out, you can enter your details.

A: You can create an account for faster transactions. It will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us.

  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: It will take two to three working days for delivery. The delivery time can be longer than usual on public holidays and during sale/promotion times.

  1. Can I track my order online?

A: Yes, we provide a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order online.

  1. What payment methods are accepted?

A: Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is the only method of payment that is currently allowed on our website.

  1. What is the return policy?

A: You can return your items within three (3) days of receipt of shipment; or else we can’t offer refunds or exchanges anymore. Be sure to read our terms and conditions before making a purchase.

  1. What if I have a problem with my order?

A: If you have a problem with your order, such as a missing, incorrect, or defective/damaged item, you should contact our customer service. In the case of defective items, please double-check the description to see if the defect is mentioned. If not specified, please send us a photo of the product and we will respond as soon as possible.

  1. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

A: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

  1. Can I change my shipping address or contact number after my order has been confirmed?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders and change the contact number once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

  1. I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

A: If you have not received your parcel after 3 working days, kindly contact our customer service and we will assist you accordingly.
